Although not a 55+ community, Concord Crossing is a Homeowners Association (HOA) community, which takes care of exterior maintenance and common areas. There is no clubhouse or recreational facilities. The HOA fee is $330 - $345 per month, which covers trash, landscaping, snow removal, siding and exterior trim painting, and roof maintenance (last replaced in 2018).
